At Port Vale Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official merchandise. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn, tagged items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all official Port Vale tags still attached.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, clearly stating whether you require a full refund or a size exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items and the completed form, then attach the return shipping address found on our website to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Post Your Return

  Send your parcel back via a tracked courier service and keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed.
